Michelle (aka Shellie) Seyfarth is owner and founder of Seyfarth Diversified Strategies. She helps people discover and effectively use their fullest potential in order to create the extraordinary life they deserve to be living. Offering a rare combination of creative and operational strengths, with a dedication to quality and organizational development, her energetic personal style helps organizations develop and implement strategic thinking and business planning in order to achieve positive, sustainable results.
Prior to starting Seyfarth Diversified Strategies Michelle had a successful 15+ year career in the automotive and staffing services industries in the U.S. and abroad. She held various roles with increasing job experience and responsibilities such as quality engineer, customer-quality assurance manager, and divisional operations manager. She has coached many business leaders on leadership development, team development, business planning, communication, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and change management. No matter what the job title, Michelle has always been committed to helping organizations and individuals achieve success.
Michelle founded Seyfarth Diversified Strategies based on the belief that every individual has the ability, and can become empowered to be all he or she is capable of becoming. She believes a day, a life, a company can be changed by examining and affecting the attitudes, thoughts, and beliefs that drive goals and lead to success.

Larry has extensive international and domestic experience in business, sales, marketing, contract negotiation and management, public relations, engineering, and staffing. His most recent corporate position was a senior officer in a Fortune 500 company. International projects have included working with and in: Argentina, Brazil, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico.
Throughout his career, he has created and launched new ventures and turned around and improved existing operations. He likes to be where the action is and if there is no action, he creates it. He is a creative, high energy, results driven executive with a participative style of management, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to client personal and professional development.
His vision and passion evolve and flourish around sound leadership principals of teamwork, honesty, trust, empowerment, coaching/mentoring and having the right people in the right jobs. Alignment and balance are important to him. He has the compassion to listen and at the same time he has a driving need to succeed. He is results oriented but his greatest pleasure is acknowledging and celebrating the success of others.
